Family of the Year
is awarded to the family that has gone above and beyond for Scouting. This family has an active involvement of at least a combination of two or more (adults and/or youth) that without them, the unit/district wouldn't be as successful. The extra effort that families put forth, in addition to their family responsibilities, deserves to be recognized.
Scout of the Year
Scout of the Year
is given to a Scout in a troop, crew or ship, who has gone above and beyond for their unit and community in the last calendar year. This Scout should be actively engaged in Scouting and their community and exemplify the Scout Oath and Law.
